The new Porsche Cayenne Turbo S produces a whopping 521 bhp at 5500 rpm from its 4.5 litre V8 engine, along with 531 lb/ft of torque. That is sufficient for a top speed of 167 mph and a 0-62 mph time of 5.2 seconds - faster than the original Porsche 911 Turbo.
Externally, the only clues to the new model, apart from the badge, are the 20 inch alloy wheels. The new version goes on sale on 25 February, priced from £81,565 including a Porsche Driving Experience programme. Some training in how to handle 521 bhp seems highly desirable
